Craig is a successful financial services professional with over 25 years of experience. He is a creative business developer who builds strong relationships within companies, clients and external organizations. At Advanced Inclusion, he is responsible for business development, strategy and research.

As a long-term advocate of diversity, Craig leads development of programs, initiatives, and awareness with the end goal of effecting necessary and sustainable business and social change. Throughout his career, he has been an active participant in mentoring and sponsoring individuals with diverse backgrounds. As Co-Chair for the Gender Diversity and Inclusion and the Innovation and Research Committees of Women in Capital Markets, Craig has led through thought leadership and decisive action on inclusion.

Craig has diverse capital markets experience, specializing in Institutional Fixed Income Sales and Trading. Most recently, he worked at a Big Five Canadian bank as Vice President and Director of Debt Capital Markets. Previously, he was founder and senior partner of Stratagem Investment Counsel Inc., an asset manager that specialized in alternative asset fixed income strategies. Craig has also held a senior role at a major US bank, and was appointed to the Board of directors for their Canadian legal entity. He was the firm’s representative on the Investment Dealers Association Capital Markets Committee, with the Bank of Canada and also with the Ministry of Finance.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

When not working, Craig can be found cycling on the backroads of Ontario or trying to teach his Portuguese Water Dog how to swim.
